What do the prices cover?
The cards and comparison table show the listed deliverables. Share the address, approximate square footage and property condition so I can confirm the scope and total before we schedule.
How quickly are photos and video delivered?
Essential Listing includes next-business-day photos. I confirm the photo, video and tour delivery dates for other services before the shoot. Same-day photo delivery is available as a $75 rush option when my schedule allows.
How long is the Matterport tour hosted?
I confirm the hosting period and any extension costs in your quote. Matterport pricing scales with square footage; the individual tour base rate covers up to 2,000 sq ft.
Are drone flights guaranteed?
Aerial work depends on weather, airspace, site conditions and any required permissions. I’ll discuss alternatives or rescheduling with you if the planned flight cannot take place.
What image usage is included?
Tell me whether the images are for a property listing, a builder’s marketing or a designer’s portfolio. I confirm the permitted usage, third-party sharing and any additional licensing in your project quote.
Can builders and designers book a custom session?
Yes. Choose a builder or interior design project on the inquiry page and tell me about the completed space, intended image use and timing. I’ll confirm a suitable scope personally.
