Is my date confirmed when I send this?
Not yet. I’ll reply personally to confirm availability, scope and timing. Your shoot is confirmed once we agree on those details.
When will I receive the photos?
I confirm the delivery timeline before your shoot. Include your target list date so we can plan around it.
Can I book only photography?
Yes. Photos Only is $165 for 25 edited interior and exterior photographs. Choose it in the form or ask me which package best suits your listing.
What if I need drone photos?
Premium and Complete Listing include drone photos and aerial video. Flights depend on weather, airspace, site conditions and required permissions. I’ll discuss what is feasible for your property.
How should the seller prepare?
Clear surfaces, open blinds, turn on the lights, make beds and move cars from the front. The seller prep guide has a practical checklist.
