Hi, I’m Lee.
I’ll be the one at the door.
I’m a real estate photographer based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I photograph every listing myself, with care for the property and the people behind it.

from start to finish.
More than 1,000 properties have been in front of my lens. I still look for what makes each one different.
It might be the natural light in a living room, the character of an older home, or the way the property sits in its surroundings. My job is to notice those things and present them clearly.
I offer photography, drone imagery, floor plans, video and 3D tours. We can keep the session simple or build a collection around the home and your marketing plans.
As an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, I plan aerial work around the property, weather, airspace and required permissions.
