Seller Prep Guide
A little preparation.
A better-looking home.
Share this checklist with your seller before the shoot. The goal is simple: let buyers see the space, the light and the details that make the home special.
Inside the home
- Clear kitchen counters and put away small appliances, mail and magnets.
- Make beds, straighten pillows and hang clean towels.
- Hide toiletries, personal items, pet bowls and loose cables.
- Open blinds and curtains to welcome natural light.
- Turn on lamps, ceiling lights and under-cabinet lights.
- Put away valuables and items you don’t want photographed.
Outside & on shoot day
- Move cars away from the front of the home where practical.
- Put away trash cans, hoses, toys and yard equipment.
- Tidy outdoor furniture and straighten cushions.
- Arrange access and secure pets before the session.
- Share entry instructions privately with me when we confirm.
- Tell me about any areas that aren’t ready or need special attention.
