How much does real estate drone photography cost?
Six to seven aerial stills are $125, and 15 aerial stills are $175. Drone photography with aerial video is $199. Premium ($499) and Complete ($849) packages also include drone coverage; compare the full package inclusions before choosing.
Where do you offer drone photography?
I’m based in Lancaster and serve Lancaster, Chester and Berks counties, Pennsylvania. Send the exact property address with your request so I can check the location and plan the session.
Can every property be photographed by drone?
Aerial work depends on safe conditions, the location and applicable airspace requirements. I hold an FAA Part 107 certificate. Share the address before booking so I can check feasibility and discuss timing or alternatives.
What happens if weather prevents a flight?
Wind, rain and visibility can affect aerial photography. If conditions prevent a safe flight, I’ll discuss rescheduling or another approach with you. The flight and delivery plan are confirmed for your project.
Can I book you directly for aerial photos?
Yes. You’ll plan the session directly with me, Lee Tomassetti. Use the shoot request form and include the address, preferred date, property features and whether you need aerial stills, video or a combined package.
