Starting fresh doesn’t have to mean starting from zero. For me, this chapter is about making it easier to see my work, understand the options and know who will show up at your property.
I’m Lee Tomassetti, a photographer based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I’ve photographed more than 1,000 properties, and the part I still care about most is finding what deserves a closer look in each space. This new website is a clearer introduction to that work.
One photographer, from the first conversation.
When you contact me, you’re speaking with the person who will photograph the property. You can tell me about the light in a favorite room, the finish a builder spent time getting right, or the details that bring a designer’s project together. I can carry that conversation into the session.
That personal connection is how I want the process to feel: direct, thoughtful and easy to follow. I serve realtors, builders and interior designers across Lancaster, Chester and Berks counties, with coverage in York County available to discuss too.
Do property photos still matter?
Phone cameras, video and editing tools keep changing. A carefully made photograph still does a useful job: it gives someone a clear first look at a real space. It can show how the rooms connect, what the light feels like and where the details deserve attention.
For a listing agent, that means presenting the home clearly before the showing. For a builder, it means documenting the form, materials and craftsmanship. For an interior designer, it means showing both the whole room and the decisions that make it distinctive.
I don’t think every property needs every type of media. Sometimes a focused collection of photographs is the right place to start. Sometimes aerial coverage, a floor plan or a film adds context that photographs alone won’t provide. The useful question is what the project needs to communicate.
The details make the difference.
Before a session, I want to know what you want people to notice. A little preparation helps: clear the counters, finish the styling, make the beds and let me know about any views or features that matter most.
Then I can think about the sequence of images, the relationship between rooms and the balance of wide views and closer details. Those choices are part of the work, even when the finished photograph feels simple.
If you’re preparing a listing, my seller prep guide gives you a practical checklist to send ahead. Builders and designers can share a project brief or a few reference images so we can plan the session together.
Clear choices, with room for a conversation.
The new site has a full breakdown of listing packages and individual services, including a photos-only option. It also has dedicated pages for builder and architectural photography and interior design photography.
I’ll confirm the scope, timing and delivery with you before we schedule. A larger home, a detailed design portfolio or a project with several collaborators may need a different plan from a straightforward listing session.
Let’s start with your next space.
If you’re working on a listing or finishing a project in Lancaster, Chester or Berks County, I’d like to hear about it. Send the location, your timing and what you need the images to do.
You can explore my portfolio or send me a project inquiry. I’ll be the person who replies.
